What's a Liege Waffle?

The liege Waffle was invented for the Prince of Liege in Belgium over 300 years ago. The difference between a Liege Waffle and your ordinary breakfast waffle is that the Liege Waffle is made with a yeasted dough instead of a batter. Added to the dough are special Belgium pearl sugar chunks to add immense flavor and texture.

The Happy Camper is a vintage mobile catering service for hire! With our service you can select what waffles and ice creams you would like to be served at your next event! Along with that we will even make customized Italian Sodas to make your event even more personalized and special!

The Happy Camper was made in 2017 from a 18 year old girl that had the dream of starting up her own food business sharing what she loved with the people of Idaho! Through the help of her parents, friends, and a brilliant carpenter; they were able to turn The Happy Camper into what it is today!
